The ASA offers two categories of membership, designed to recognise and support elite swimmers and Australian Swimming Alumni throughout their journey and beyond:

Full Member – Current Swimmers categorised at levels 1–3 under Swimming Australia’s Athlete Guidelines
Alumni Member – Former Australian Dolphins, recognised with an official Swimming Australia Dolphin Pin number.
